Controversial position.
If everyone is going to start doing the raid mission then we can disband 90% of that organization and just add Ranger Battalions. Cheaper, its a core function and they play well with others (well Special Forces DEFINITELY does but you know what I mean).
Seriously though.
If everyone is gonna do raids then its not really that special anymore. Just add Ranger Battalions and you have this issue done, easy peasy.

I DO NOT recognize the new Marine Corps! You do realize this means that I was right on all fronts. The Marine Air-Ground Task Force is dead. Amphibious Assault is dead. The new Marine Corps will only have the name in common with that which came before. Just plain wow.
Side note. Now do you understand why I say LAR and AAV/ACV is dead? They have no role to play in the future Marine Corps that Berger and his acolytes are planing.
Side note 1. The part about the "wanted but not needed". I thought that applied to the entire Marine Corps! Apparently it only applies to the ground forces. The Wing and support to establish forward bases are "necessary"? Quite honestly if this is the thinking then shutter the rest of the Ground Combat Element and be done with it. Better a quick death than a lingering one.

I'm gonna make a great deal of you mad but reality is reality!
Many are putting forward the idea that Trump will suspend the constitution, declare martial law and continue to serve in office. Others are just hoping he declares martial law and calls for new elections.
None of that will happen.
No way in hell could it happen!
Additionally some are batting around the idea that the US Military would be called in to remove him from office or perhaps one of the Federal Law Enforcement Agencies.
Again. That won't happen!
The reality?
Trump will pursue this in the courts. Attorney General Barr will look around to see if there were any improprieties (he's already said that under the rules of this election it was fair...that's what should be the major talking point...the extended voting!).
He will fail in court.
At the appointed time he will leave office, Biden will become President and the world will keep spinning.
What should you do in your personal life? Follow the line in the movie and get yourself morally, physically and spiritually fit...get your finances in order, get your house in order, get your mindset in order! Now excuse me. I'm going to get my workout on!
