Wonder how many of the doubters will now proclaim them to be world beating. On a personal note I've seen enough of this to wonder how we can protect our intellectual property. I hate the "secret" & "classified" designations that are tossed around like potato chips but I have to wonder if national security MIGHT require that the public MIGHT NOT need to know. Every concept, every design, every inkling of an idea the Chinese are vacumming up and at the very least trying to perfect it.

Canada has donated 89 new “ASCV” (Armored Combat Support Vehicles) with really modern technology and protection to Ukraine, but apparently they haven’t fared well.
29 tons is now excessive weight? Ukraine is changing everything. Increased electronics (to give situational awareness I assume) makes them easier to detect? Just a few years ago (to include while the war was going on) we or at least me, considered the ASCV to be a good vehicle. Now we're seeing there are issues. The fact that Bill Maher is getting out in front of this should be telling.
The idea that many people had their lives, careers, were unable to properly have closure with their loved ones (funerals), that many ill people were denied the support of family (6ft distance rule that kept relatives out of hospitals) is a sin and disgrace.
The US Govt took what should have been a simple medical issue mostly affecting the elderly and used it to place the nation on lockdown SHOULD have us all damn near ready to revolt.
Think about it.
Basic civil liberties were curtailed because they made a form of the flu into a 1000 ft tall monster.
Yet even today we nod it away with many saying we should move on. I don't get it.
