This is so interesting. The USMC and Norwegians both bought the same missile but diverged on how they would deploy it. The Marines were so anxious to have a "leap" into the future went the unmanned route. The Norwegians were more sensible and decided to put it on a protected mobility vehicle instead. I think the Norwegians got it right. Even if the Marines were determined to put it on the JLTV then stretching it and adding an extra axle, yes it would still be manned but it would have been more cost effective AND I think more effective in its role. Additionally a properly stretched JLTV could have mounted other missile pods (depending on weight). Regardless check out the Norwegian solution.

US Army to get a new ammo can. Looks awesome EXCEPT for the carry strap

I personally believe that the Polaris MRZR as a robotic vehicle to serve with the manned variant would be ideal. For the Marine Corps that is.

So you still think that arming CURRENT teachers against school shooting is a good idea?
When I was in school arming teachers would have worked. But I come from a time when dudes had shotguns in the back window of their trucks and the schools would empty out for deer season. My point? Teachers have changed. If you've looked at the posts they put up then you know that arming the current group of teachers is a foolish idea. All the talks I have had with arming teachers - here is why I disagree. pic.twitter.com/uiP3xKHcAI

If a school district doesn't have SRO's then I really need would prefer that they hired...yeah...Veterans or retired Law Enforcement.
Carefully screened of course. Have a physical standard they maintain. And a solid background check.
That is the answer. Not arming the current crop of school teachers.

Attempted Coup in Niger was supported by France, Belgium, Chad and the UAE. Colonialism continues in Africa
What I find amazing is that the biggest "colonial power" in modern Africa isn't European countries, even the Arab and other African countries. China is the leader of the pack in this regard and no one is talking about it.Breaking News| Niger

The Compact Air-to-Air Missile (CAAM) could be conceptually similar to the Small Advanced Capabilities Missile (SACM), Lockheed Martin’s CUDA, or Raytheon’s Peregrine.
