David Cenciotti goes medieval on the F-22!

Medieval I tell ya!

Read the whole thing here but check out this tidbit...
Second, the US ACC decision can also be read as: “the F-22 is good for air shows. All the other combat planes are good for war.”

  2. Even idiots can write. If you want to know how good the aircraft is just ask pilots who've flown against it. There are numerous accounts of F-22s kicking their asses over on F-16.net. (But hey, what do pilots know, right? After all we all know it's the writer's who really know where it's at.)

  3. Article is a bit flippant and petty. Technical problems with the F-22 - no question, and LM should be sued to bankruptcy for their negligence with that and the entire F-35 debacle. But only good for air shows? Seriously. There hasn't been a war worth the F-22's time since it was deployed.

question for ya. the Libyan conflict saw B-2's deployed. it saw F-16's and F-18's deployed. the F-22 was a no show.

if we can't use it for a primarily air war then what good is it? additionally why would you keep it on the air show circuit while pulling the other aircraft?

what is it doing that is so war winning and valuable to our nations defense? flying holes in the sky out on deployments to Guam?

    seriously?

say all that out loud and see if you still have the view that the F-22 is the war winner some claim.
