those would be River Patrol Boats (nee USMC SURC) conducting live fire exercises at Fort Knox
why are they using Ft. Knox instead of the base in mississippi?
I am told it is the only place where unit sized live fire can be done~Even when I trained for 'Nam in the sloughs north of Suisin Calf. We have to go eleswhere to do live fire
