    I'm afraid I'm with the employer.

    Expecting an employer to allow staff to disappear during world war three, and expecting them to allow staff to leave for months, on a regular basis, is not the same thing.

    The army wouldnt put up with soldiers taking 4 months off during their stint in ghanners...
