Russian shipbuilding officials have offered New Delhi their nuclear-powered design for an Indian Navy’s aircraft carrier, according reports.I didn't even know the Russians had a full size carrier on the planning books. Sorta looks like the British Queen Elizabeth class only bigger.
The Krylovsky State Research Center (KRSC) has offered the nuclear-powered Project 23000E Shtorm carrier to India via a delegation that visited the country last week, according to the report in Defense News.
Am I seeing a VLS in this rendering?
